I will bring all art supplies needed to create the live illustrations: watercolours, brushes, pens, paper. I will also bring a beige & white table cloth with me.

I will have a board to display finished illustrations. This is 80cm x 120 cm.
I will have some small signage set out on my table.

All illustrations come in a clear sealed bag to protect them.

If needed I can supply a trestle table and chairs. It is ideal if the venue can provide this to ensure I am placed in the correct spot and blend in with the room setup.

It can take anywhere from 7-11 minutes per couple.

It will depend on a few different things:

• What are your guests wearing
  E.g. Full suits take a little longer - which is why I ask what your dress code is, this helps me to determine how many people I will be able to get done.

• The weather and lighting can play a part, which is why I ask to be placed in an area out of the elements and with good lighting.

• Colder and wet weather can also lengthen the drying time of my watercolours, but I have a system to try and avoid this issue.

I use 300gsm (thick card) cold-pressed watercolour paper.

The illustrations are done on A6 size pages (10.5 x 14.8 cm).

Due to the size of the paper and to avoid delays in timing, I can only illustrate 2 guests per page.

Guests can only participate 1 time in the experience to avoid people missing out.

However, if there is time at the end of the event I can approach these guests and allow them to participate again.
