WHAT DOES LIVE ILLUSTRATION MEAN?

I attend your event and capture photos of your guests, or allow them to come to me for their picture.

Once I have enough photos I start working on portraits of 1-2 guests per A6 page. I use watercolour paints and pens. As my goal is to paint as many guests as possible, my designs are not hyper-realistic. Instead I focus on capturing their outfits and defining features with minimal detail.

Once a portrait is completed it will be sealed in a protective plastic sleeve and hung up for the guests to collect.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Myself, the artist, onsite on the day of your event.

  • Potentially an assistant to help capture content and photos if required.

  • I bring all my own art supplies. I just required access to power, good lighting at a table and chair.

  • A6 guest illustrations - max of 2 guests per portrait (due to limited timing, this will also include kids).

  • A4 wedding couple painting sent post-event.

  • 25km of travel.

  • Starting at $900 this is the perfect for smaller weddings and events.

  • Starting at $1100 this is great for 80-100 person sized weddings.

    Keep in mind that there is only so many portraits that can be hand drawn on the day of the event. For events with 120+ people please see the ‘Additional Options’ or speak with me how we can ensure your guests get a portrait.

  • Sydney, South Coast, Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains - you name it, I’ll be there.

    I am based in Western Sydney and will travel a 25km radius at no additional cost.

    Travel fees start at $50 per 30 minutes of travel time.

    If required accomodation starts at $250 per night.

WHAT ELSE CAN BE INCLUDED?

Additional options to add on for your day:

  • Personalised Paper - Add your name, initials, date or anything you would like on the page. $1.50 extra per page.

  • Custom Stickers - Starting at $49.00.

  • Post-Event Portraits - Receive portraits after your event of guests who didn’t get one on the night. $100 per 20 individual guests / 10 couples.

Make sure no one misses out and have illustrations created before your event.

HOW IT WORKS

I will hand paint portraits of your guests with a maximum of 2 people per page. These are much more detailed than they live illustrations as I am able to spend longer on each one.

To do this I will need reference photos of your guests and time to complete this ahead of your event.

Once completed, I will package up each portrait in a sealed clear bag with any additional touches you may require. I can either post these to you, or if within travel range I will deliver these to your venue and set up the display.

COST

Starting at $500 for 30 portraits (this can cover up to 60 guests).
