Live Wedding Painting

Looking for a unique and personal keepsake for your guests? Look no further as I have the perfect solution and no one will be expecting it.

Let me become a part of your day and add a little creative flair to the celebrating. Guests get their photo taken by me, go off and enjoy the party while I get busy painting one of a kind watercolour portrait. Once a picture is done I will seal it in a display sleeve and hang it up for admiration and collection.

This creates a fun interactive element, as people come by my painting station and watch the magic happen.

  • So you’re thinking this sounds like a great addition for your day. But what exactly would you be getting?

    • Me (the artist) onsite to complete the paintings.

    • I will approach your guests making sure to get photos, but once word gets out there is usually a line.

    • I’m like a low maintenance house plant. I just need good lighting, water and somewhere to sit.

    • I bring my own paints, I will have the paper and display sleeves sorted for your event.

    • Max of 2 guests per portrait.

  • Pricing starts at $900:

    • Minimum of 5 hours

    • Includes materials

    • Basic package covers up to 60 guests

    • Complimentary A4 painting of the Happy Couple sent post event.

    • Add-ons available

  • Feeling a bit extra?

    • Have your name and/or date printed onto the paper, starting at $3 per person.

    • Custom Stickers, starting at $49.

    Have a huge guest list and worried I won’t be able to get through everyone?

    No worries,

    • Additional paintings can be completed post-event and sent to you, $200 per 20 portraits.

    • My lovely assistant can join me to ensure I solely focus on nothing but painting, starting at $300.

    It will all depend on the number of guests and timeline of the day.

  • Sydney, South Coast, Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains - you name it, I’ll be there.

    I am based in Western Sydney and will travel a 25km radius at no additional cost.

    Travel fees start at $50 per 30 minutes of travel time.

Make sure no one misses out and have guest portraits pre-drawn and waiting for them on arrival to your big event.

This will be the perfect welcome or thank you gift to remember your day by.

With personalised options, why not be unique?

  • I will hand paint portraits of your guests with a maximum of 2 people per page. These are much more detailed than they live illustrations as I am able to spend longer on each one.

    To do this I will need reference photos of your guests and time to complete this ahead of your event.

    Once drawn, I will send over the digital copies for you to approve and I can make any touch ups.

    Once approved, I will package up each portrait in a sealed clear bag with any additional touches you may require. I can either post these to you, or if within travel range I will deliver these to your venue and set up the display.

  • What I will need from you is photos of all your guests, if you are keeping this a surprise then it is usually pretty easy to gather these through social media.

    These photos will need to be relatively good quality to ensure I can capture their likeness. If you are having trouble finding a nice photo of a couple I can get pretty creative as long as I have two photos references to work off of.

  • Pricing starts at:

    $500 for 30 portraits (this can cover up to 60 guests).

    $1000 for 60 portraits (this can cover up to 120 guests).

    Cost includes: hand-painting portraits of guests, clear display bag, thank you sticker.

    Optional add-ons: Printed Title, Event Date, Printed or Hand-written Guests Names, personalised stickers, Ribbons or String and more. These additional costs start at $1-5 extra per page.
